About Me
I am Takeema Allen, also known as TK. I've been an educator for 20 years. Over this time, I have developed my superpower to connect and support others. I help new and transitioning school building and district leaders who need support establishing (or re-establishing) their authentic leadership. My work utilizes a unique and innovative strategy of combining research based best practices alongside spiritual aspects.
I also have a knack for making complex ideas and techniques into bite-sized, manageable chunks. My experience encompasses the role of teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal and even head of school within three different countries! I take the best of all of my experience to support you so you can expedite your impact!
